Christina's Boutique Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Return Window:

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligible Returns:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. We'll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Important: Returns sent back without prior authorization won't be accepted.

Exchanges:

  • For the fastest exchange, return your unwanted item and place a separate order for the desired item.

Refunds:

  • We'll notify you about the return approval within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note: Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
